Weekly Update

Last Week at Wargaming Tradecraft

Sorry, didn't get around to writing up the article on Madrak's completion, but it's started, and should be posted in the next few days.

In the mean time, enjoy the following...

Finecast / Failcast... there's been a lot of talk about it, and I really can't fathom how a company can just barrel through with such blinders. At what point does a company's quality control fail so horribly that they admit they're wrong? Except they can't, because part of the price hikes were because of the new finecast method... if they throw it away, they're out a huge investment. Now they're having to churn out more minis to replace all the returned ones... and I wonder what the ratio of discarded minis to QC passed is.

I was going to link Mathieu Fontaine's articles, but then Corvus linked to a thread going on over at Chest of Colours where people are sharing the failures they've seen and his are there too. It's really bad when people are on their 6th replacement model and still being given totally garbage models.
